Talc Litigation Series (2022)
This 4-part series provides an introduction to Foley Mansfield's Talc Litigation practice. Talc litigation is a recent emerging litigation area related to asbestos litigation. These videos are intended to train our attorneys about how and why talc litigation is different than asbestos litigation even though the claims all involve allegations about asbestos exposures. Our in-house talc litigation experts prepared these sessions to provide training on four different aspects about talc litigation including the actual product at issue, talc as opposed to asbestos; the medicine of talc litigation; the deposition preparation for talc litigation, and alternative exposures in personal care talc cases where plaintiff claims there is no other exposure to asbestos-containing products.
